NHL Scout and Senior Adviser | Former NHL General Manager | Former Broadcaster

Dale Tallon is currently a scout and senior adviser for the Vancouver Canucks of the NHL. Before his time as an NHL executive, Tallon spent 10 years on the ice playing for Vancouver, Chicago, and Pittsburgh, and then became a broadcaster for the Chicago Blackhawks. He then became the General Manager of the Blackhawks where he guided them from a last place team to a Stanley Cup Winner. He then became the Florida Panther’s GM where he led the Panthers to their first Southeast Division title in the 2011-2012 season and was nominated for NHL General Manager of the Year.  Outside of hockey, Tallon loves to golf and won the Canadian Junior Gold Championship in 1969 as well as participated in the Canadian PGA Tour.
