Grant Fuhr
Former NHL Goalie
Grant Fuhr is best known for being the goalie during the Edmonton Oilers dynasty of the 1980’s which was led by Wayne Gretzky. Fuhr was a five-time All Star with Edmonton and won the 1987 Venzina Trophy for being voted as the best goaltender in the league. He was voted into the NHL Hall of Fame in 2003 and wrote an autobiography alongside Bruce Dowbiggin in 2014. In 2022, Fuhr began doing radio and television broadcasting for the Coachella Valley Firebirds, the American Hockey League affiliate of the Seattle Kraken.
