Isaiah Kacyvenski had to overcome many obstacles and hardships in his life in order to achieve a career in the NFL. After living with an alcoholic and abusive father and dealing with the sudden death of his mother his senior year of high school, Kacyvenski went on to have a stellar collegiate career at Harvard University that included being named the Ivy League Rookie of the Year and First Team All-Ivy League the following three seasons. Kacyvenski was drafted by the Seattle Seahawks where he played linebacker and was a special teams captain, leading them to an appearance in Super Bowl XL. Since Kacyvenski's retirement, he earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and is the founder and managing partner of Will Ventures, a capital investment firm.
