Jim Craig is a former ice hockey goaltender who is best known for being part of the U.S. Olympic hockey team that won the gold medal at the 1980 Winter Olympics. The victory against the heavily favored Soviet Union became commonly known as “The Miracle on Ice” which inspired the 1981 movie of the same name. Craig went on to play for the Atlanta Flames, Boston Bruins and Minnesota North Stars. After hockey he has become a highly-respected motivational speaker as well as the founder of Gold Medal Strategies.
