Avery Bradley

Avery Bradley is a former NBA guard and Vice President of Player Development for the Utah Jazz whose career combines elite-level basketball experience with leadership and player development.
Bradley played college basketball at the University of Texas before the Boston Celtics selected him with the 19th overall pick in the 2010 NBA Draft. He spent seven seasons in Boston, developing into one of the league’s premier perimeter defenders and a key member of the Celtics.
During his Celtics career, Bradley earned NBA All-Defensive Second Team honors in 2013 and First Team honors in 2016. His best statistical season came in 2016-17, when he averaged 16.3 points and 6.1 rebounds per game.
Bradley went on to play for the Detroit Pistons, Los Angeles Clippers, Memphis Grizzlies, Los Angeles Lakers, Miami Heat, and Houston Rockets during his NBA career. He was a member of the Lakers during the 2019-20 regular season, contributing to the team that ultimately captured the 2020 NBA championship.
After stepping away from playing, Bradley transitioned into basketball operations. In 2024, the Utah Jazz named him Vice President of Player Development, a role that includes helping guide collaboration between the locker room, coaching staff, and front office while contributing to personnel evaluation and player development.
