Dana Barros had a standout career for Boston College, becoming the first player in school history to score over 2,000 points which earned his induction into the Boston College Varsity Athletic Club Hall of Fame in 2005. After being drafted by the Seattle SuperSonics, with the 16th overall pick in 1989, his 1994-95 season saw him reach his potential. Barros earned an All-Star nod playing for Philadelphia which lead to his 50-point game. He finished up his career with his hometown Celtics and currently is a “basketball insider” on NESN. In 2018, Barros opened a Basketball Club and Sports Complex and is the current owner of the AAU Basketball Organization “Dana Barros Gladiators.”
