In Memoriam: Tim Wakefield

Tim Wakefield, an exclusive Blue Sky client, was considered by many to be one of the greatest knuckleball pitchers to have ever played baseball.  Wakefield helped the Red Sox win the 2004 and 2007 World Series, made the All-Star team in 2009, and won 200 games in his 17-year career.  In 2016, Wakefield was inducted into the Red Sox Hall of Fame.  Wakefield was a studio analyst for NESN’s Red Sox Pre and Post Game Shows from 2012-2023.  Off the field, Wakefield was regarded as one of the most charitable and community-minded baseball players ever, who was once the recipient of the prestigious Roberto Clemente Award.
