Olden Polynice

An imposing figure standing at 7’, Olden Polynice had a 15-year NBA career with five different teams. Polynice has the distinction of being the first athlete in the United States to join a hunger strike mid-season as he protested the treatment of HIV-positive inmates at Guantanamo Bay. Polynice has continued to stay involved in basketball after his retirement and often partakes in humanitarian efforts to help out in his native country of Haiti.
