Sammy Davis
Boston Pride Forward
Sammy Davis, a Pembroke, MA native, was the first overall pick in the 2020 National Women’s Hockey League (NWHL) by the Boston Pride. Prior to joining her hometown team, Sammy played for the Boston University Terriers while obtaining both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees. In her senior year, in which she captained, she led the team with 17 goals and 41 points in 36 games earning her Beanpot MVP and a Hockey East first-team selection. As Sammy begins her professional career, she will also begin to pursue her doctorate degree in occupational therapy at BU.
