Tom Caron
NESN Red Sox Analyst
Tom Caron is a sportscaster and anchor on New England's NESN network. After working many years in various markets in the sports reporting industry, Caron joined NESN in 1995 and has been with the network ever since. Caron currently hosts the New England Sports Network's Red Sox coverage, including the Red Sox pre/post game shows and serves as play-by-play announcer for the Boston Red Sox during Spring Training. He, also writes a weekly sports column for the Portland Press Herald, mostly pertaining to the Red Sox, Bruins, and New England Patriots. Outside of reporting, Caron is a Co-Owner of the USL’s Portland Hearts of Pine and is also the Co-Chairman of the Jimmy Fund alongside former Boston Red Sox player, Brock Holt. Caron, father to two grown boys and a native of Maine, now lives in Framingham, Massachusetts with his wife.
