Wes Welker is one of the most notable undrafted NFL players. Welker is regarded as one of the greatest undrafted players of all time and holds the NFL record for most receptions by an undrafted player. The former wide receiver out of Texas Tech made five (5) straight Pro Bowls from 2008 to 2012 and led the league in receptions three (3) times. Welker became one of Brady’s favorite targets and was truly a fan favorite due to his hard work ethic and intensity. Welker was traded to the Denver Broncos where he spent a couple years before spending his last season with the St. Louis Rams. After his retirement from the NFL, Welker started coaching within the NFL and is currently the Wide Receivers Coach of the Miami Dolphins.
