Brian Scalabrine

Brian Scalabrine was one of the most popular players in the game during his years in the NBA. After a successful college career, leading the USC Trojans to an appearance in the Elite Eight in 2001, Scalabrine was selected 34th overall by the New Jersey Nets. Although Scalabrine averaged 12.9 minutes and 2.7 points per game during his time with the Celtics, he was a part of the 2008 Celtics’ championship team and had an outpouring of fan support. After his playing career, he was the Assistant Coach for the Golden State Warriors before becoming a Boston Celtics analyst on local Boston Television in 2014. Alongside being a television analyst, Brian is the co-host of “The Starting Lineup,” a basketball talk show on SiriusXM NBA Radio.
