Dustin Pedroia

2x World Series Champion

Dustin Pedroia’s attitude, dedication, consistent offensive production and excellent defense made him a vital member of the Red Sox over the last decade.  Pedroia played a major role in helping the Red Sox win the 2007 World Series, earning Rookie of the Year honors and leading off the first game of the World Series with a home run.  Pedroia was named the American League MVP after a stellar all-around performance in 2008 and was a member of the 2013 championship team.  The 4-time All-Star has led the American League in hits, runs, and doubles, and has won Silver Slugger and Gold Glove Awards.  Pedroia announced his retirement from baseball in February of 2021.
