Former NBA Player

Robert Parish is a four-time NBA champion who also holds the record for the most games played in NBA history.  The big man out of Centenary College made nine All Star games as a member of the Boston Celtics and formed the original Celtics Big Three alongside Larry Bird and Kevin McHale.  Parish was known for his strong defense and his ability to get rebounds. Parish was named to the NBA 50th Anniversary All-Time Team, his #00 was retired by the Celtics in 1998, and he was inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame in 2003.
