Jonathan Papelbon

World Series Champion

Loved by Red Sox Nation for his intensity, Irish step dancing and high 90’s fastball, Jonathan Papelbon was consistently one of the best closers in all of Major League Baseball throughout his illustrious career.  Papelbon was a fan-favorite with the Boston Red Sox, becoming the first pitcher in team history to have three 30 save seasons before leaving to play for the Philadelphia Phillies and Washington Nationals.  He is the All-Time Saves Leader for both the Red Sox and the Phillies.  Jonathan is a six time All Star and helped the Red Sox win the World Series in 2007.  Since retiring in 2016 Papelbon enjoys spending time with his family, fishing and hunting.
